Using a hand or standing mixer, beat the butter, cream cheese, and fructose until smooth.
Add an egg and vanilla and beat until smooth and fluffy.
In a separate bowl, mix flours, salt, and baking soda.
Slowly mix in the dry mixture to the wet one until just combined.
The dough will be soft, not crunchy.
Take 2/3 of the dough and spread it out the pan lined with parchment paper.
Top with cranberry sauce, spreading in even layer.
Arrange the remaining dough as desired all over top.
Bake 30 minutes in preheated to 350*F oven or until the top dough is cooked to golden brown around edges.
Cool completely in the pan before serving.
