Hanukkah CRISPY DESSERT

Project Description

Hanukkah CRISPY DESSERT

Hanukkah – the festival of lights – is a celebration of the freedom of the Jewish people from the Greeks centuries ago. Traditionally, we cook meals in a deep oil. It symbolizes the miracle when enough oil for only one night miraculously stayed lit for eight straight days. This crispy dessert is sugar-free, gluten-free, and low GI.
