Hanukkah Cheeseballs are a healthier version of traditional sufganiyot and donuts. Sugar-free, gluten-free, no salt added. Eat with banana, 100% fruit jam, and other fruits and berries.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup farmer's cheese
  • ½ cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 egg
  • ¾ cup oat flour
  • more oat flour for coating
  • fructose (optional)
  • more bananas of berries for decoration

Instructions

  • Grade banana on a big grader
  • Add cheese and egg, and mix until well combined
  • Add the flour to the required consistency
  • Put oat flour on the board
  • As shown in the video, take half of the dough and roll it in the flour, forming a cylinder about 1 inch thick
  • Cut into slices. Press each one and roll in oat flour.
  • Fry in Avocado or Olive oil until brownish crispy
  • If desired, sprinkle with fructose and cover for 10-20 seconds
  • Transfer to a plate, and decorate with banana or other fruits and berries
