Ingredients

  • 1 grated zucchini
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup of oatmeal flour
  • Pinch of salt
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  • Grate unpeeled zucchini on a big grader and sprinkle with salt
  • Let it rest for 5-10 minutes to get the juice out
  • Squeeze out a juice zucchini, as shown in the video, and place them in another bowl
  • Add the egg and the flour, and mix well
  • Place the mix in a preheated skilled with olive oil using a tablespoon
  • Cook from both sides until a brown, crispy crust
