POACHED EGGS for MOM

Poached eggs is a healthy and cozy breakfast for your mom on Mother’s Day morning.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp Apple Vinegar
  • 2 slices of ray bread Borodinsky
  • 1 avocado
  • cherry tomatoes
  • greens
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Bring a deep pot of water to a boil, then reduce the heat to very low
  • Crack the egg in a fine-mesh sieve over a small bowl and wait about a minute until liquids whites removed
  • Transfer the egg to a small bowl
  • Add vinegar to the pot and stir to create a vortex
  • Carefully pour the eggs (one by one)  into the middle of the vortex
  • Set a timer for 3 minutes
  • Make toasts and arrange vegetable on a plate
  • As soon the timer rings, remove eggs using a slotted spoon
  • Place on the toasts, add salt and pepper, and serve to your mom for breakfast!
