FRUITS and BERRIES SALAD
Fruits and Berries salads are great on a hot summer day, very healthy, and easy to make.
I don’t really think that any certain recipe can be assigned to a fruit salad. I would rather call it ‘a new fruit salad experience.’ Literally, it can be made with any fruits and berries from your refrigerator. Here is my most recent experience.
Ingredients:
- 2 Granny Smith apples
- 2 nectarines
- 1 orange
- ½ pound strawberries
- 1 grated carrot
- Small box of blackberries
- ½ cup of walnuts halves
- 8 drops Angostura ® aroma bitters
Directions:
- Cut fruits into small cubes, squeezing some orange juice into the salad
- Add the carrot, berries, and walnuts
- Spice with aroma bitters
