Mix and boil the first five ingredients and 1 cup of water
Heat on high until boiling
Reduce the heat to simmer and cook 15 minutes, occasionally stirring, until cranberries burst. Remove and set aside
Dissolve gelatin in 0.5 cup of cold water, stir well, let sit for 5 minutes
Strain cranberries mixture through the fine-mesh pressing on the solids with a spatula
Whisk in gelatin mixture and mix well until it dissolves completely
Pour into a loaf pan covered with plastic wrap
Refrigerate at least overnight or 2-3 days
Before serving, place a suitable shape dish over the loaf pan, turn it upside down, and remove the plastic
