BLUEBERRY CASSEROLE
Blueberry casserole is light and easy to make! The ingredients are simple and you’ll probably find them in your refrigerator even when guests are already at the door 😉
SWEET CASSEROLE WITH BLUEBERRIES
Ingredients
- ½ pound farmers cheese
- ½ pound mascarpone cheese
- 3 eggs
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1-2 tbsp agave syrup or nectar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 3 tbsp almond flower
- 1 small box of blueberries
Instructions
- Using electric mixer mix everything except of flour really well
- Add almond flour and mix again until the batter is fluffy and smooth
- Grease Pyrex form with oil and sprinkle with almond flour
- Pour the mixture in and cover with blueberries
- Bake for 45-50 minutes at 350*F (175*C)
Notes
Adjust the amount of agave syrup according to your taste. To my taste, 2 tbsp of agave make it too sweet.
