Raspberry dessert is extremely light and made in minutes! It is sugar-free, gluten-free, keto-friendly and flavorful.

- 3 eggs
- 3.5 oz crème fraiche
- 2 tbsp fructose (plus a little for a pan)
- 1 tbsp of Raspberry liquor (or brandy or cognac)
- ½ cup almond flour
- fresh raspberries
- olive oil for a pan
Break the eggs in a salad bowl
Add cream fraiche and fructose
Using a hand mixer, beat until the mixture is smooth
Pour in raspberry liquor and beat again
Oil a baking dish and sprinkle with fructose
Place the raspberries on the bottom of the pan and pour in the batter
Bake 25-30 minutes in preheated to 350* F oven
