CHERRY PIES in small individual dishes
Cherry pies is a very light and simple dessert for a hot summer. It is sugar-free, gluten-free, low glycemic. In America, the season starts with Mother’s Day. You can choose other berries, but cherries are my mom’s favorite.
INDIVIDUAL CHERRY PIES

For 6 individual pies: 1 bag of frozen cherries (unfrosted) For topping: 6 tbsp of frozen butter 6 tbsp of crystalline fructose 6 tbsp old fashion oats 6 tbsp of Almond slices ¼ tsp of nutmeg 1tsp of cinnamon
Place cherries on the bottom of the pies
Mix all dry ingredients of the topping
Add butter, cutting it into small pieces into a dry mixture
Continue making small crunches with your hands
Distribute dry topping between 6 pies, placing cranches on cherries
Bake at 350*F (175*C) for 15-20 minutes, or until the topping becomes goldish and crispy
