You can add walnuts if you’d like to. If you prefer a sweeter taste,then sprinkle everything with Agave syrup.
Beat eggs in a mixer with fructose until light and fluffy texture
Add soda
Start adding almond flour, gradually stirring very gently with a soft spatula
Pour the dough over the apples, and bake for 20-25 minutes
Allow to cool, turn onto a large flat plate, and gently peel off the paper
