ALMOND FLOUR BROWNIE
Almond flour BROWNIEs are sugar-free, gluten-free, and low glycemic. I think they are the most lovable treats for kids and adults. Here is one more recipe for healthy brownies, which Paulina Roytman, a young guest at Taste of Change for KIDS, brought to us.
ALMOND FLOUR BROWNIE
Ingredients
- 8 grams 3 oz 72-85% cocoa chocolate
- 1½ sticks (3/4 cup, 170 g) of butter
- 1/3 cup pure crystalline fructose
- 3 eggs
- pinch of salt
- 1 cup almond flour
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175*C)
- Line an 8×10-inch baking pan with parchment
- Start melting chocolate in a double boiler on medium heat, add butter. Stir actively until smooth and fully melted
- Whiskin fructose, then eggs, one at a time, salt, and almond flour
- Pour batter into prepared pan, spread until even
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes dry
- Let cool and cut into squares
Notes
You can add small pieces of nuts or dry fruits on top before baking.
There is no such thing as too many brownies!
