HEALTHY ONE-BITE APPETIZERS.
Sometimes, we have a blast for making a new meal or, your friends are coming unexpectedly. But what if you don’t have much food at home, and rushing to a supermarket is not an option?
This is exactly what happened to me once, on Columbus Day. So, I decided to make a snack from whatever I found in my kitchen that morning. Here is the outcome:
Ship #1
- Spinach leaf
- Feta cheese
- Redish
- Sweese cheese
Ship #2
- Hard boiled eggs
- Herring
- Cucumber
I believe that usually, you do have something in a refrigerator or a pantry.
Depending on that, you can use any combinations, for creating healthy and delish one-bite appetizers.
It can be:
- Cucumber
- Pastrami
- Olive
Or:
- Cheese
- Tomato
- Green leaf
Or:
- Slice of chicken leftovers
- Mayo (no sugar added)
- Pickle
Or:
Mushrooms stuffed with any of these:
- Cheese
- Cooked tomatoes
- Apples
- Walnuts
- Seafood
- Bacon
