COCONUT BARS with DARK CHOCOLATE
Coconut Flour Bars with an infusion of dark chocolate are delicious and easy to make. Good dessert for Passover.
Ingredients and directions:
In a large bowl, whisk together:
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/3 cup agave nectar
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup cold water
In a separate bowl whisk together dry ingredients:
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- Pinch of salt
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients mixture and mix until batter is smooth.
Chop in 1-2 oz dark chocolate, which contains more than 70% cocoa
Bake in a baking form on 350*F (165*C) for 18-20 minutes
Cool and cut into squares (about 16 bars).
