Combine all dry ingredients in a salad bowl
Chop the margarine inside the dry mixture toget a crunchy texture
Place the egg in a cup, add cold water, and mixwell
Start adding liquid to a dry mixture, stirring gently, until getting firm texture
Using a tablespoon, grab the dough and place it on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Keep 2 inches distance between balls.
Using a fork, press the dough to make it flat, like shown in the video
If desired, add hazelnut or a piece of chocolate (72% cacao) on top
Bake in preheated to 375*F oven for 8-9 minutes
Cool completely before transferring to a plate
