SALMON EGGS TOWER
Make your mom happy and be proud of you by cooking a fancy carbs-free brunch for her!
MOTHER'S DAY BRUNCH SALMON EGGS TOWER
Ingredients
- 3 hard-boiled eggs
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp mayo (sugar-free)
- 3 slices of smoked salmon
- 3tbsp scallions
- 2-3 oz (1/3 of the package) of regular cream cheese
- 2 tbsp of sour cream
Instructions
- Cut eggs, add parsley and mayo, mix well
- Cut salmon into small pieces. Leave a long strip for decoration(optional)
- Cut scallions
- Using round food mold, place layers in thefollowing order, as shown in the video:1/3 ofthe eggs mixture½ cream cheese amountSalmonScallionsTherest ½ of cream cheeseTherest 2/3 of the eggs mixtureParsley leaves
- Place in refrigerator for several hours or overnight
- Transfer to a place upside down
- Remove the dish
- Decorate with sour cream, parsley, and a slice of salmon
- Serve with a good Champaign!
