Clean mushrooms with the wet paper towel
Remove stems
Place caps on a baking sheet
Salt cups inside and place ½ tsp of mayo into each mushroom cap
Cut stems into small pieces and cook them on olive oil for a couple of minutes
Cut or press garlic, add to cooked stems, and salt the mixture
Distribute the mixture between 6 mushroom cups
Add 3 salad shrimps into each cup, sprinkle with salt and black pepper
Grate cheese on a big grader
Place and press about 1 tbsp of cheese on each mushroom cap, as shown in the video
Sprinkle with thyme
Bake in a preheated to 430*F (220*C) oven for 10 minutes
