TURKEY PATTIES and BUCKWHEAT with Sasha
TURKEY patties have three ingredients and do not contain any carbs. Fresh zucchini makes them incredibly tender and juicy. Accompanied with buckwheat, they are excellent for school lunch.
No carbs, sugar-free, gluten-free, low-glycemic, and keto-friendly meal.
Boil 2 cups of water.Place the buckwheat inside, close the lid, and lower the heat. Cook for 6-7 minutes, then turn off the heat and leave the pan on the stove to complete the cooking.
In a salad bowl, grate zucchini on a fine grader
Chop the onion
Add ground meat, salt, and pepper and mix well until the texture is smooth
Wet the hands and form little patties, as shown in the video
Cook the patties both sides in olive oil on high heat until brownish crust
Add 2 tbsp of water, close the lid, lower the heat, and cook for another 5 minutes.
