OMELET with MOZZARELLA CHEESE
Light and fluffy, topped with fresh mozzarella balls – can be your breakfast, lunch, or light dinner.
OMELET with FRESH MOZZARELLA BALLS
Ingredients
- 2-3 eggs
- 1/2 sweet yellow pepper
- Green onions, dill and parsley
- Salt & Pepper
- Small fresh mozzarella balls
Instructions
- Beat eggs in a shaker
- Chop a sweet pepper and greens, add them to the eggs
- Add salt and pepper and beat a little bit again
- Cook covered, on olive oil, on a low heat for about 5 minutes
- When transferred to a plate, top with the mozzarella balls and sprinkle with greens
