Ingredients

  • 1 cup of oats
  • 1 cup of farmer cheese 0% fat
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • pinch of nutmeg
  • oil spray
  • 100% fruit/berries jam no sugar added

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in the salad bowl and mix well using an electric mixer
  • Bake waffles as shown in the video
  • Serve with sugar-free jam
