OATMEAL WAFFLES with FLAX
Oatmeal waffles are great for those who prefer Gluten-free meals. Very simple and healthy breakfast. Definitely sugar-free, flourless, and low GI.
OATMEAL and FLAX-MEAL WAFFLES
Ingredients
- 1 cup of water
- 1/2 cup oatmeal flour
- 1/2 cup flax meal flour
- 1 egg
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of baking powder
- 1-2 packs of any sugar substitute
- 2 tbs walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients
- Let stand in a warm place for 15 minutes
- Sprinkle a waffle toaster with a cooking oil spray
- Cook until ready. Cook longer if you want them crispy.

This amount is for 8 waffles
