MUSHROOMS SPINACH KISH

Mushrooms and spinach are paring well in a meal named kish. Originally, kish (quiche) is a French tart consisting of pastry crust with various fillings. But, you can easily skip the tart and make it using a delicious filling only.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion
  • 5-6  mushrooms
  • 1 bunch of scallions
  • 2 cups spinach for cooking
  • 1/3 pound Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 pound of Feta cheese
  • 1 cup of plain yogurt
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup of chopped dill
  • olive oil for cooking
  • salt and black
  • pinch of nutmeg

Instructions

  • Cut onion, mushrooms, spinach, and scallions, and add one after another to the skillet mixing and cooking as shown in the video
  • Remove from heat and leave on a counter to cool
  • In a big salad bowl grate both kinds of cheese
  • Add eggs, yogurt and dill, mix well
  • Add skillet mixture to a salad bowl, mix all together
  • Transfer to а baking form, bake at 370*F (185*C) for 40 minutes
