Ground beef and vegetable casserole is not just a delicious dinner option for family and friends, but also a health-conscious choice. Add 2/3 of the cut onions to a skillet with olive oil and start cooking
Cut mushrooms and add to the skillet to the mushrooms
Cut off about 1.5 inches of zucchini and make smaller pieces
Place the rest of the onion, garlic, and small pieces of zucchini into a chopper and add to the meat
Add salt, pepper, chili powder and Turmeric. Mix well.
Cut zucchini longwise. You'll get 6-8 thin slices.
Cut tomatoes into slices
Keep 2 slices of zucchini to cut them for decoration
Spray the baking form with olive oil, and place in layers: Zucchini / Tomatoes/Meat/ Zucchini/ Meat/ Mushrooms-Onion mix/ Slices of decorative zucchinis asshown in the video
