VEGETABLE SAUTE
Vegetable sautes are our best choice. This super quick and easy Vegetable Sauté can be consumed by its own warm or cold. It is also a great side dish for meat, fish, seafood meals, whole grain pasta, or beans.
VEGETABLE SAUTE
- 1 eggplant
- 1 big tomato
- 2 sweet red peppers (you can also use green, yellow or orange peppers or their combination)
- 1 bunch of scallions
- salt, tobacco sauce
- olive oil for cooking
Cut all vegetables in small, about ½ inch pieces
Heat olive oil in a deep pan
Add eggplant to a pan and cook for 2-3 minutes
Continuing cooking and stirring, add all other vegetables in the orderhow they are listed in the ingredients
Add salt and tobacco sauce for your taste at the end
Total cooking time is about 10 minutes
