SALMON STEAKS baked with TOMATOES
Salmon steaks come out juicier than salmon filet. Salmon is a fatty fish and the fattier the fish the more health benefits it provides. You can enjoy Smoked Salmon for breakfast or an appetizer, and cook steaks or boneless fillet for dinner.
SALMON STEAKS baked with TOMATOES
Ingredients
- 2 Salmon steaks
- 2 fresh tomatoes
- 2 tsp sugar-free mayonnaise
Instructions
- Place Salmon steaks in a baking form, sprinkle with salt
- Spread 1 tsp of mayo over each steak
- Cut tomatoes, put on and around steaks
- Sprinkle over freshly ground Lemon Pepper
- Bake at 390*F for 35-40 minutes
Notes
Great for dinner with a fresh green salad.
Also can be eaten the next day with cold pasta for lunch.
