Ingredients

  • 1 pound of lean pork
  • 2 smoked ribs with smoked meat
  • 2 big Bella mushrooms
  • 1 yellow squash
  • ½ of sweet yellow pepper
  • ½ of sweet red pepper
  • ½ of sweet green pepper
  • Bunch of Scallions
  • Small bunch of dill
  • Tabasco sauce
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Boil the water
  • Cut meat into small squares and add to boiling water
  • Add ribs
  • Cut all veggies into cubes and add to the soup one after another, asexplained in the video
  • Add scallions at the very end
  • Serve and sprinkle with chopped dill
