STIR-FRY RIB-EYE SHAVED STEAK with VEGGIES
Stir-fry rib-eye shaved steak with sweet peppers, snow peas, and mushrooms. No starch! No bad carbs, only protein with faber.
STIR-FRY RIB-EYE SHAVED STEAK with VEGGIES
Ingredients
- ½ pound of rib-eye shaved steak
- ½ red onion
- ½ red bell pepper
- ½ yellow bell pepper
- ¼ pound of sweet snow peas
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 inch of ginger
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- several scallions or chives
- olive oil for cooking
- salt and black pepper
Instructions
- Heat the wok skillet with 1-2 tbsp olive oil, and add the meat
- Fry about 2 minutes, then remove to a plate
- Cut into long strips onion, snow peas, peppers, and mushrooms
- Start adding to a skillet in the order as shown in the video, mix constantly
- Grind garlic and ginger, and add to the skillet
- Then add to the skillet the meat, soy sauce, and toasted sesame oil
- Transfer to a serving bowl
- Sprinkle with green scallions or chives
