STIR-FRY RIB-EYE SHAVED STEAK with VEGGIES

Ingredients

  • ½ pound of rib-eye shaved steak
  • ½ red onion
  • ½ red bell pepper
  • ½ yellow bell pepper
  • ¼ pound of sweet snow peas
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 inch of ginger
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
  • several scallions or chives
  • olive oil for cooking
  • salt and black pepper

Instructions

  • Heat the wok skillet with 1-2 tbsp olive oil, and add the meat
  • Fry about 2 minutes, then remove to a plate
  • Cut into long strips onion, snow peas, peppers, and mushrooms
  • Start adding to a skillet in the order as shown in the video, mix constantly
  • Grind garlic and ginger, and add to the skillet
  • Then add to the skillet the meat, soy sauce, and toasted sesame oil
  • Transfer to a serving bowl
  • Sprinkle with green scallions or chives
