SEAFOOD PASTA
Seafood pasta recipe, where I use durum semolina angel hair pasta. The GI is medium, the combination with shrimp, calamari, and scallops is amazing!
PASTA with SCALLOPS, CALAMARI, and SHRIMP
Ingredients
- 1 pound durum semolina spaghetti
- 1 pound scallops raw
- 1 pound shrimp raw
- 1 pound calamari raw
For marinade:
- lemon small
- 1-2 garlic cloves
- 2 fresh oregano chopped
- Salt and black pepper
Instructions
Make a marinade:
- Squeeze the juice out of the lemon and cut the rest of the lemon into thin slices
- Add olive oil, chopped garlic, oregano, salt and pepper
- Place seafood into the marinade for 30 minutes, mixing periodically If not covered, add more olive oil
Cook spaghetti Al dente (do not overcook)
- Heat a big thick pan and place in the seafood with marinade. Cook for 5 minutes on high heat.
- Add drained pasta, mix well gently and cook for another 5 minutes
