PASTA with SCALLOPS, CALAMARI, and SHRIMP
Ingredients

durum semolina spaghetti

pound
scallops
raw

shrimp
raw

calamari
raw
For marinade:
lemon
small
1-2
garlic cloves
2
fresh oregano
chopped
Salt and black pepper
Instructions
Make a marinade:
Squeeze the juice out of the lemon and cut the rest of the lemon into thin slices
Add olive oil, chopped garlic, oregano, salt and pepper
Place seafood into the marinade for 30 minutes, mixing periodically If not covered, add more olive oil
Cook spaghetti Al dente (do not overcook)
Heat a big thick pan and place in the seafood with marinade. Cook for 5 minutes on high heat.
Add drained pasta, mix well gently and cook for another 5 minutes
