FARMER CHEESE PATTIES
Farmer Cheese Patties is a great example of how little changes in ingredients lead to significant health improvement and help to lose weight. The secret of a healthy lifestyle is not in declining favorite yummy meals but in the right way of cooking.
FARMER CHEESE PATTIES
Ingredients
- ½ pound of fat-free farmer cheese
- 2 tbsp 0% plain yogurt
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp fructose
- pinch of salt
- ¼ tsp of baking soda
- ¾ cup Almond flour
- oatmeal flour for coating
- olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- Place all ingredients except flour in a salad bowl and mix well
- Add Almond flour and mix well again
- Pile oatmeal flour on a cutting board
- Place about 1 tbsp of farmer cheese mixture into the pile
- Create a ball and form a pattie rolling it in oatmeal flour
- Makes about 12-14 patties
- Place on a preheated skillet with olive oil and reduce the heat tomedium
- Cook for 2-3 minutes or until goldish brown
- Turn them and cook for 4-5 more minutes on low heat
Notes
Farmer cheese patties are great for breakfast. Consume them plain or with 0% yogurt, fresh berries, or (and) 100% fruit jam.
