BUCKWHEAT WAFFLES
Buckwheat waffles are sugar-free and Low GI. Great choice if you prefer Gluten-free meals. Very simple and healthy breakfast. You can add cheese, veggies, or smoked fish, like Salmon. Looks appealing and tastes great!
BUCKWHEAT WAFFLES
Ingredients
- 1 cup of water
- 1/2 cup buckwheat flour
- 1/2 cup flax meal
- 1 egg
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients
- Let stand in a warm place for 15 minutes
- Sprinkle a waffle toaster with a cooking oil spray
- Cook until ready. Cook longer if you want them crispy.
