BUCKWHEAT MINI PANCAKES
Buckwheat is a trendy grain since Russian Empire times. Rich in protein, fiber, and minerals, it has a medium Glycemic Index of 40 and offers many health benefits.
BUCKWHEAT MINI PANCAKES
Ingredients
- 1 small can (5.3oz, 150 g) of 0% fat yogurt
- 2 eggs
- ½ tsp of baking powder
- ¼ tsp of Nutmeg
- 1-2 tbsp of Pure Olive oil
- 1/2 cup of buckwheat flour
- ½ cup of oatmeal flour
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients
- Let it stand for 30-40 minutes at a warm temperature
- Cook on olive oil from both sides, as has shown in the video
Notes
You can consume these mini pancakes as they are or with nonfat plain yogurt, or (and) smoked Salmon and fresh veggies.
