Air fryer makes it really crispy and appealing. Cauliflower is an excellent source of vitamins and minerals, contains a high amount of fiber, is low in calories, and has a low GI of 15. All that is important for digestive health and helps in losing weight. Lastly, I think that cauliflower is simply much yummier than broccoli (just saying 😉
AIR FRYER CRISPY CAULIFLOWER
Instructions
- Cut cauliflower into florets
- Toss with olive oil
- Lay in a single layer in the basket or tray of your air fryer
- Sprinkle with salt, black pepper, and thyme
- Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 10-15 minutes, or until fork-tender andslightly browned
Notes
You can use frozen cauliflower too. Take is out of the freezer upfront, drain, and dry with a paper towel before cooking
Use other favorite toppings for this cauliflower recipe. It can be a lemon drizzle, freshly chopped greens, crumbled feta, parmesan, sliced almonds or pine nuts.
