BROCCOLI TURKEY CASSEROLE

Broccoli turkey casserole has lots of hidden benefits except for its gentle taste. A combination of lean meat, veggies, and cheese contributes to its taste and beneficial for your health.  

BROCCOLI TURKEY CASSEROLE

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 pound broccoli flowers Fresh or frozen
  • 1 big onion sliced
  • 1 big tomato sliced
  • 5 eggs
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 3 tbsp yellow cheese graded
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  • Cook onion in olive oil until brownish
  • Add tomato and continue cooking for 3-4 more minutes
  • Add ground turkey and cook for 5 more minutes, stirring with a folk
  • Remove from the heat
  • Add broccoli, eggs, salt & pepper
  • Transfer to a baking dish and sprinkle with cheese
  • Cook in a preheated to 365*F for 40 minutes, or until cheese gets golden and dry
