ASIAN-STYLE CHICKEN with CASHEW

ASIAN-STYLE CHICHEN WITH CASHEW

- 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1 bunch of scallions
- 1 tbsp minced garlic from a can
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp orange marmalade sugar-free
- 1 cup roasted unsalted cashews
- salt and black pepper
- olive oil for cooking
Cook the chicken on olive oil from one side on high heat until brownish and crispy
Meanwhile, cut the scallions
Turn the chicken on another side and reduced the heat to medium
Add scallions
Let it cook for 1-2 minutes
Start adding other ingredients one after another, as shown in the video
Continue cooking and mixing gently
Serve with green leaves mix
