Cut the broccoli flowers only and chop.
Sprinkle with fresh lemon juice.
Chop the onion and add to the broccoli.
Add mayo, salt, and pepper.
Press into the form, as shown in the video, and put in the refrigerator to let flavors mix.
Cut tenderloin into 1-inch slices across the fibers.
Place slices between two nylon sheets and beat with meat tenderizer from both sides.
Heat olive oil in the skillet.
Add meat and cook on high heat for about 2minutes or until crispy and brownish.
Turn around, salt and pepper, and cook for 2 more minutes.
Transfer to the plate and cover with the aluminum foil.
Take salad from the refrigerator, and transfer itto the same plate gently, as shown in the video.
Sprinkle salad with lightly toasted cashew.
