SHRIMP SALAD ASIAN STYLE
Shrimp salad has three major benefits. First, it is healthy and nutritional, because provides you with good protein and lots of vitamins. Second, it is light and tasty. Third, chewing this salad requires some time, so you eat it slowly, contributing to weight loss 😉
ASIAN STYLE SALAD WITH SHRIMP
Ingredients
For the salad:
- 1 cup Edamame beans fresh or unfrozen
- 1 cup any kind of sprouted greens (peas, broccoli, etc)
- 1 cup shredded red cabbage
- 1 cup salad shrimp unfrozen and ready to use
For dressing:
- 2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- ¼ cup vinegar
- 1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
- 1 garlic clove minced
- salt and pepper
Notes
You can sprinkle the salad with roasted peanuts if desired
