ASIAN STYLE SALAD WITH SHRIMP
Ingredients
For the salad:
1 cup Edamame beans fresh or unfrozen
1 cup any kind of sprouted greens (peas, broccoli, etc)
1 cup shredded red cabbage
1 cup salad shrimp unfrozen and ready to use
For dressing:
2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
ΒΌ cup vinegar
1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1 garlic clove minced
salt and pepper
Notes
You can sprinkle the salad with roasted peanuts if desired
