PASTA SALAD with GREENS
Pasta salad made with greens has GI of 40 or less, which is medium-low. Tasty, nutritional, convenient.
PASTA SALAD WITH GREENS
Ingredients
- 1 box of whole grain tricolor routine pasta
- 1 bag of fresh arugula
- ½ pound of sweet marinated peppers
- 3-4 sundried tomatoes
- 2 tsp of pomegranate (or another) balsamic vinegar
- flavored herbs Deeping olive oil
Instructions
- Cook pasta for about 6 minutes al dente and cool completely
- Cut peppers and tomatoes
- Add vinegar, olive oil, salt, and black pepper
