MANGO SALSA
Mango salsa got to be freshly made, and the ingredients mixed just 15-20 minutes before serving.
MANGO SALSA

- 1/3 cup minced red onion
- 1/3 cup minced red bell pepper
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1 cup chopped mango
- 1 cup chopped avocado
- 2 tbsp minced parsley
- ⅓ cup lime juice
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
Combine all the ingredients ecept salt, pepper, and juice
Cover and keep in the refrigerate
15-20 minutes before serving add salt, pepper and lime juice, and mix gently.
Serve with Ray Chips as shown on the video, or with Green Lentils Chips
