GUACAMOLE with EZEKIEL TORTILLA CHIPS
Guacamole is a healthy, fulfilling, and delicious meal. The avocado fats are unsaturated, and its Glycemic index is only 20. Make your chips using sprouted flour Ezekiel tortillas to avoid chips made with corn flour.
Cut Ezekiel sprouted tortilla into small triangles, place them on a baking sheet covered with a backing paper, and put to preheated to 320*F (150C) oven for 5-6 minutes.
Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
Mash the avocado with a fork and make it as chunky or smooth as you'd like.
Add the onion, tomatoes, parsley, jalapeno pepper, and garlic. Stir together.
Pour in the juice of one lime, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
