GREEN LENTILS CHIPS
Green lentils chips is a very fresh idea of mine. I was thinking about the Low Glycemic version of chips for quite a while. Using green lentils with GI of only 20 resolved an issue, and these chips are great with MANGO SALSA.
GREEN LENTILS CHIPS
Ingredients
- 2 cups of the flour made of green lentils
- 1.5 cups water
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- Using a coffee grinder, make 2 cups of flour out of dry green lentils
- Transfer the flour into a salad bowl, add salt
- Start adding water and mix using a wooden spoon until getting a smooth texture
- Using Pizzelle Press, make round crackers
- When cooled, break each into 4-6 triangle chips
