For salad:

  • ½ medium red onion
  • 5-6 Kalamata olives
  • salt, pepper
  • 1/3 pound Feta cheese

For dressing:

  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tsp of vinegar (white wine, apple, or peach)
  • 1 small garlic clove finely chopped
  • 3 tsp of olive oil
  • salt and black pepper
