Mix all the ingredients of the sauce
In a separate bowl, mix crab meat and the egg
Add ½ of the sauce to the bowl and mix well until combined
Form small patties, coating them in an almond meal like shown in the video
Cook on olive oil in a preheated skillet on a medium heat
Place greens in a big serving plate
Grate parmesan into wide thin slices
When crab cakes are cooked from both sides, transfer them to the plate over the greens
Squeeze juice out of half of the lemon into the sauce, mix well
Serve greens with cheese and a crab cake with the sauce
