SCALLOPS with CHERRY TOMATOES
Scallops with cherry tomatoes are your lifesavers when guests come unexpectedly. Always have scallops in your freezer. This recipe calls for fresh scallops, but you can easily make the same with the frozen ones.
SCALLOPS WITH CHERRY TOMATOES
Ingredients
- 1 pound of fresh scallops
- 5-7 cherry tomatoes
- salt
- lemon pepper
- oregano
- olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- Cook scallops on one side until golden brownish (1-2 minutes)
- Turn up, add salt, pepper, and tomatoes, and continue cooking for 2-3 more minutes
- Add oregano and serve!
Notes
If you use frozen scallops, continue cooking them covered for (3-5 more minutes). You’ll get a fantastic sauce!
