SCALLOPS WITH CHERRY TOMATOES

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of fresh scallops
  • 5-7 cherry tomatoes
  • salt
  • lemon pepper
  • oregano
  • olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  • Cook scallops on one side until golden brownish (1-2 minutes)
  • Turn up, add salt, pepper, and tomatoes, and continue cooking for 2-3 more minutes
  • Add oregano and serve!

Notes

If you use frozen scallops, continue cooking them covered for (3-5 more minutes). You’ll get a fantastic sauce!
