SCALLOPS WITH CHERRY TOMATOES
Ingredients
1 pound of fresh scallops
5-7 cherry tomatoes
salt
lemon pepper
oregano
olive oil for cooking
Instructions
Cook scallops on one side until golden brownish (1-2 minutes)
Turn up, add salt, pepper, and tomatoes, and continue cooking for 2-3 more minutes
Add oregano and serve!
Notes
If you use frozen scallops, continue cooking them covered for (3-5 more minutes). You’ll get a fantastic sauce!
