TUNA CAKES
Tuna cakes can be as wonderful as crab cakes! Simple and easy to make, they are light, nutritional, and delicious.
TUNA CAKES

For Cakes:
- 2 cans tuna in water drained
- 1 egg
- salt
- lemon pepper
- scallions 1 tbsp
- 2 tbsp Almond flour
- mix all together well
For Sauce:
- I tbsp finely chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp finely chopped scallions
- 2 tbsp mayo
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1-2 tbsp plain yogurt (optional)
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- lemon pepper
Mix very well all the ingredients for cakes
Place 1.5 cup of Almond flour in a separate small bowl
Take 1 full tsp of mixture, and roll in flour forming a small patty
Cook on olive oil from both sides as explained in the video
