OPEN PANINI with PROSCIUTTO and CHEESE
are light and crispy. There is no need to use the second piece of bread while cooking Panini. We can limit bread consumption by cooking open Panini.

For four Panini:
- 2 slices of Ray bread
- 4 slices of Prosciutto
- ¼ pound of yellow cheese
- 4 asparagus
- 1-2 garlic cloves
- оlive oil
- dry Thyme
Preheat oven to 450*F
Cut bread slices into half and place on a baking sheet covered with baking paper
Chop the garlic and mix with 2-3 tbsp of olive oil
Brush bread with the oil-garlic mixture
Grate cheese
Distribute 2/3 of cheese between brushed bread slices
Place prosciutto on top
Distribute the rest of the cheese on Prosciutto
Place asparagus on top, pressing it into cheese
Sprinkle with dry thyme
Place in preheated oven for 5 minutes
