Ingredients
1 cooked chicken breast
1 small yellow squash
1 onion
4 hard-boiled eggs
2 pickles in sugar-free marinade
1 sweet-sour apple
1 can of sugar-free canned green peas
salt, pepper
mayonnaise sugar-free and starch-free
Instructions
Boil the yellow squash for 3-4 minutes, then cool completely
Cut all ingredients into long thin slices
Add peas, salt, pepper
Add 2-3 tbsp of mayonnaise
