Chicken salad is the best meal for cooked chicken breast; chicken breast is very lean meat and cannot be tender and juice enough in other meals. Please use sugar-free pineapple slices and mayo to help you lose weight.

Ingredients

  • 1 cooked whole chicken breast
  • 2 stems of fresh celery
  • 8 oz can of pineapple chunks
  • 2/3 cup chopped walnuts
  • 6-8 small colorful peppers
  • ¼ of garlic glove
  • salt and black pepper
  • mayonnaise sugar-free

Instructions

  • Cut chicken breast and celery into small pieces and place into a big salad bowl
  • Chop several pieces of pineapple
  • Add 2-3 tbsp of chopped pineapple to the salad bowl
  • And walnuts
  • Grate garlic
  • Add salt, pepper, and about 3 tbsp of mayo
  • Mix gently, as shown in the video
  • Place the part of the salad in a round food mold
  • Cut peppers longwise and stuff them with the salad
  • You can make the salad one night ahead
